    Our top-notch cleaning services are designed to address every room in your home with care and precision. Here’s a breakdown of what we offer:


    • Kitchen: As the heart of your home, your kitchen deserves thorough attention. We start by wiping down small appliances and countertops, then clean the microwave’s interior. Next, we tackle the stovetop, drip pans, and range hood. After that, we clean your appliances, chairs, tables, and cabinets before finishing with a vacuum and mop of the floors.
    • Laundry Room: Our team will clean all surfaces in your laundry room, including wiping down the washer and dryer, followed by mopping the floor.
    • Living Room: For a comfortable, relaxing space, we’ll dust and clean every corner of your living room with precision. We’ll also vacuum the floors and furniture, including under the cushions.
    • Dining Room: We’ll dust your light furniture and wipe down all dining room furniture. Our professionals will then finish by vacuuming the floor.
    • Bedrooms: To help ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, we’ll dust baseboards, window sills, and all surfaces in your bedroom. We’ll clean mirrors and hanging frames, and vacuum the floor. If requested, we can also change your bed linens.
    • Bathrooms: Your bathroom deserves special attention for maximum cleanliness. In addition to removing dust and cobwebs, we’ll thoroughly clean your tub, mirrors, faucets, basins, countertops, and surrounding areas. Our team will also sanitize both the interior and exterior of your shower and toilet before vacuuming and mopping the floors.
    • Additional Rooms: We are happy to accommodate any additional rooms you would like to include in your cleaning plan. We offer comprehensive and customizable interior cleaning services for any residence.

    Return and Refund Policy

     

    At Wise Works 93, we strive to provide top-quality cleaning services to our clients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring that our services meet your expectations. However, as cleaning services are considered a service-based offering, returns or refunds are generally not provided unless specific conditions are met. Please review our return and refund policy below:


    •  Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will make arrangements to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost, provided the request for re-cleaning is reasonable and within the scope of our original service agreement.
    • Refund Eligibility Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
    • Failure to Provide Service: If we are unable to complete the scheduled cleaning due to reasons outside of your control, such as illness, extreme weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer a full refund.
    • Significant Service Failure: If the service provided does not meet the quality standards as outlined in your original service request and we are unable to correct the issue through a re-clean, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion, along with an explanation of why the service was unsatisfactory.
    • Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
    • Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer wish to receive the cleaning service after it has been completed.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: If you fail to provide access to the property, fail to cancel or reschedule in time, or if no one is present to allow access at the time of service.
    • Accidental Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for damage to items or property that were not disclosed before the service, or for damages caused by items that were not properly secured.
    • Cancellations Before Service: If you cancel or reschedule the cleaning service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service total.
    • After Service Completion: Once the cleaning service has been completed, cancellations or refund requests are subject to the conditions listed above.
    • Processing Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
    • Customer Feedback We encourage you to provide feedback on your cleaning experience to help us improve our services. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
